Organizing Collections

collectionLast Thursday morning I was on Martha Stewart Radio sharing tips for organizing collections. So I thought I’d share some tips on that topic today.

I’m always trying to get inside the mind of the collector and what I often hear from them is that that being a collector defines who they are… they are Collectors. August De-clutter challenge – Week One!

de-clutter-challengeOk, so I don’t have pictures because I didn’t have my camera when I de-cluttered. And I didn’t spread it out over seven days because it’s too hard with work. But I did de-clutter seven things!

I spent Sunday afternoon de-cluttering the five drawers in my nightstand and then de-cluttered my bathroom cabinet and the étagère over the toilet (seven things!). Continue Reading
